Description: Recruitment & Retention Coordinator

The Westminster Fire Department is seeking candidates for a part-time Recruitment and Retention Coordinator position. A Recruitment and Retention Coordinator performs’ recruitment and retention duties, life safety education and prevention duties and other assigned duties as needed. The Recruitment & Retention Coordinator is an at-will employee who will work up to 29 hours per week for the term of the grant.
